[Drupal] Enable Thai date formats for 6.x

อันแรกเพิ่ม Function ลงธีม อันหลังเซฟเป็นไฟล์ .po แล้ว Import ผ่าน Translation UI (ต้องเปิดโมดูล Locale ซึ่งเป็น Core Module ก่อน)
